This Policy explains how the G32 project operator based in Dallas, Texas (“G32,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal data through g32nft.com, the G32 fantasy newsletter, wallet features, Season NFT activities, and the championship program (“Services”). Read it with the Terms of Service and Official Rules.

Information you provide. Email address, messages, and—only when needed for entry or winner verification—name, age confirmation, state of residence, delivery address, tax documentation, eligibility declarations, and ring sizing.

Wallet and blockchain data. Public wallet address, token holdings, transaction identifiers, network, signatures used to prove control, and public blockchain activity. We never request seed phrases or private keys.

Technical data. Hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, approximate IP-derived region, and security events. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation.

Program records. Position allocation, mapping, reveal, ownership cutoff, eligibility, results, winner, and prize-delivery records needed to administer and audit the Program.

We use data to operate and secure the Services; manage requested communications; verify age, location, wallet control, token ownership, entry limits, and eligibility; administer minting, reveal, transfers, results, winner selection, taxes, and delivery; prevent fraud, abuse, wagering, sanctions violations, and security incidents; answer requests; enforce rules; and comply with law.

We do not use sensitive data to infer personal characteristics, make decisions unrelated to published rules, or create advertising profiles.

We may share data with providers performing hosting, security, email-form processing, communications, wallet connectivity, blockchain infrastructure, professional advice, eligibility verification, tax administration, ring production, and delivery. They may use it only to serve G32 or comply with law.

Wallet addresses and public-chain activity are visible to anyone. We may publish limited winner information under the Official Rules. We may disclose data to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate fraud, or complete a project reorganization or transfer with appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal data, share it for targeted advertising, or knowingly sell sensitive or biometric data.

The site uses hosted infrastructure for delivery and security, FormSubmit for newsletter subscriptions, public wallet and blockchain services when enabled, and public sports-information sources for displays. A third party may receive technical or wallet data when your browser or wallet interacts directly with it, subject to its own policy. G32 does not control independent third parties.

G32 does not currently use advertising cookies or targeted-advertising trackers. Essential hosting, security, wallet, or preference technologies may be used for requested functionality. If non-essential analytics or advertising is added, this Policy and required consent controls will be updated first.

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the newsletter ends. Support messages and logs are kept only as reasonably needed for support, security, and legal purposes. Program integrity records remain for the season and a reasonable audit period. Winner, prize, and tax records may be kept for up to seven years or longer where legally required.

Public blockchain data cannot be erased by G32. Limited records may remain to prevent fraud, document compliance, resolve disputes, or satisfy law.

You may unsubscribe at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy, and opt out of future sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. G32 does not currently conduct those opt-out activities.

Email nftfreaks@gmail.com with “G32 Privacy Request.” We may verify identity and authority. We will respond within legally required timeframes and will not discriminate against you.

If a Texas request is denied, reply with “G32 Privacy Appeal.” If the appeal is denied, you may complain through the Texas Attorney General’s consumer privacy portal.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data processed, but no system is perfectly secure. Never send a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or unnecessary sensitive information. Contact us promptly if you believe an interaction with G32 was compromised.

The Services and Program are for adults at least 18 and the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted data so we can investigate and delete it where required.

G32 operates from the United States. Data may be processed there, where protections may differ from other countries. Program eligibility is controlled by the Official Rules and may be geographically limited.

We may update this Policy prospectively as the Services, providers, or law change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes when practical. We will not retroactively use existing data for a materially different purpose without notice and any required consent.
