OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase or payment to G32 is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve any entrant’s chance of receiving an eligible Season I position or winning the prize. The Program is void where prohibited. Never send money to claim a position or prize.

The G32 Genesis 2026 Season I championship (“Program”) is sponsored and administered by G32, Dallas, Texas (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to nftfreaks@gmail.com with “G32 Season I Rules” in the subject line.

G32 is independently created and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, administered by, or connected with the National Football League, NFL Players Association, or any other league, team, player, player association, governing body, broadcaster, or statistics provider. The prize is original G32 merchandise and not an official league or team product.

The Program is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction when entering, and are at least 18 and the age of majority. Anyone involved in designing, auditing, or administering the Program, and members of their immediate households, is ineligible. G32 may require proof of identity, age, residence, location, wallet control, and compliance.

The entry dates and exact opening and closing times will be announced on g32nft.com and the official @G32NFT account at least seven days before entry opens. All times are Central Time, and G32’s designated system is the official timekeeper. Early and late requests are invalid.

Zero-price mint. During the Entry Period, an eligible person may request one available Season I NFT through the official G32 mint interface for US $0. G32 does not require a payment, purchase, donation, subscription, or transfer of digital assets.

Fee-free alternative. If the on-chain route requires any third-party network or transaction fee, email nftfreaks@gmail.com during the Entry Period with subject “Season I Free Entry.” Include your full name, state of residence, public wallet address, and a statement confirming that you are at least 18 and eligible under these Rules. Do not send identification documents or private keys. A valid alternative request receives the same treatment as an on-chain request.

Limit one entry and one competitive position per person, household, email address, and wallet, regardless of method. Multiple identities, wallets, bots, agents, or coordinated attempts to evade the limit may void every associated entry.

Season I consists of exactly 32 competitive positions. If more than 32 valid requests are received, all timely requests from both entry routes will enter one random allocation for the 32 positions. No payment, marketplace activity, influence, or affiliation may improve selection. If fewer than 32 requests are received, G32 may extend entry before allocation or hold remaining positions as ineligible administrative positions.

All positions begin classified. G32 will assign the 32 positions one-to-one with the 32 professional football teams participating in the 2026–2027 NFL season. Before reveal, G32 will publish a SHA-256 commitment to the ordered mapping and its random seed. The mapping will be produced with a cryptographically secure random shuffle.

At the announced reveal, G32 will publish all 32 assignments together with the seed and ordered mapping so anyone can reproduce the SHA-256 hash. G32 may correct a demonstrable publication error but may not redraw, substitute, manipulate, or selectively reveal an assignment.

Each G32 franchise tracks its mapped professional football team. The Season I Champion is the eligible G32 position mapped to the team officially recognized by the NFL as champion of the 2026–2027 season following the league championship game.

Participants do not draft athletes, set rosters, call plays, place wagers, or influence real-world results. If no official champion is recognized because the season or championship is cancelled, abandoned, vacated, or unresolved, the physical ring will not be awarded and all positions will close as historical Season I collectibles.

The NFL’s official published result controls. ESPN and other feeds displayed by G32 are informational only. Official corrections made before winner verification will be honored. Postponed, suspended, rescheduled, forfeited, or cancelled games are treated exactly as the NFL treats them.

After reveal, holders may transfer Season I NFTs through compatible wallets or independent marketplaces. G32 does not operate those markets, set prices, guarantee liquidity, or promise token value.

The right to claim the ring belongs to the verified lawful holder of the winning NFT at the officially scheduled kickoff of the 2027 league championship game (“Transfer Cutoff”). A later transfer does not transfer the ring claim. The applicable blockchain record controls; private agreements, pending transactions, listings, lost keys, and unconfirmed transfers do not bind G32.

One verified winner receives one custom physical G32 championship ring with an approximate retail value of US $1,000, plus permanent digital G32 champion recognition. The final ring design, material, stone selection, and manufacturer may vary while preserving equal or greater retail value.

G32 pays ordinary production and delivery costs within the United States. The winner will not be charged a claim, processing, insurance, or shipping fee. No cash substitution is guaranteed. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9.

G32 will contact the apparent winner using the email associated with entry, available wallet contact information, and official G32 public channels. The potential winner has seven calendar days after notice to respond and prove identity, age, residence, wallet control at the Transfer Cutoff, and eligibility.

G32 may require an eligibility affidavit, lawful release, tax documentation, ring sizing, and delivery address. G32 will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. If the holder is ineligible, cannot verify ownership, misses the deadline, or violated these Rules, the physical prize is forfeited; the historical G32 championship record remains attached to the winning Season I NFT.

Before reveal, each allocated position has an equal 1-in-32 chance of assignment to any specific team. The chance of winning the ring then depends on the mapped team’s real-world performance and cannot be calculated by G32. If entry requests exceed 32, the chance of receiving a position also depends on the total number of valid requests.

The Program is a no-purchase promotional collectible experience. G32 does not accept bets, pool participant funds, sell odds, create an entrant-funded cash prize, or require anyone to risk money or value for a chance to win. G32 systems may not be used to conduct, advertise, facilitate, or settle wagers. Independent secondary-market activity is not an entry method and does not increase entries or prizes.

Entrants may not tamper with entry, allocation, commitment, reveal, wallet verification, data, ownership snapshots, or prize administration; exploit bugs; use automation or false identities to exceed limits; interfere with others; bribe an administrator; launder funds; evade sanctions; or violate law, the G32 Terms, or these Rules.

If fraud, a security failure, blockchain outage, contract exploit, data corruption, governmental action, or another event beyond reasonable control impairs fair administration, G32 may pause, modify, or cancel the affected portion while preserving no-purchase entry, equal treatment, and the committed mapping wherever possible.

Personal data is handled under the G32 Privacy Policy. Public wallet activity is visible on-chain. Where lawful, G32 may publish the verified winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, public wallet address, G32 franchise, and prize information. Separate consent is required before broader advertising use of a full name, photograph, voice, or likeness.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release G32 and its operators, contractors, and providers from claims arising from participation or prize use, except fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or non-waivable liability. G32 is not responsible for lost keys, mistaken transfers, failed networks, independent marketplaces, delayed or corrected sports data, undelivered messages, or events outside reasonable control. The Terms of Service are incorporated here.

Texas law governs, except where federal law applies. The parties will provide written notice and attempt informal resolution for 30 days. Unless consumer law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Dallas County, Texas.

G32 may make non-material clarifications or changes required by law, security, integrity, or events outside its control. No change may add a payment requirement, reduce equal treatment, or secretly alter the committed mapping.

After verification, G32 will publish the winning franchise and permitted winner information at g32nft.com. These Rules and the winner notice will remain available for a reasonable period.
