01Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and G32 (“G32,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent project based in Dallas, Texas. They govern your access to g32nft.com and related pages, applications, content, digital collectibles, community features, and championship activities (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, connecting a wallet, minting or holding a G32 token, or participating in a G32 season, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and the age of legal majority where you live. You may use the Services only where lawful. Before any live mint or championship entry, G32 may require you to affirmatively accept these Terms and any season-specific Official Rules.

02Independent project; no sports affiliation

G32 is independently created and administered. G32 is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, administered by, approved by, licensed by, or otherwise connected with the National Football League, the NFL Players Association, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, or any other professional or amateur league, federation, conference, association, team, club, athlete, coach, player association, governing body, broadcaster, data provider, sponsor, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, officers, employees, or representatives.

Any reference to a third-party competition, schedule, score, statistic, city, athlete, team, league, broadcast, or other sports fact is used only for identification, commentary, or informational purposes. Such a reference does not imply sponsorship, approval, partnership, or endorsement. All third-party names, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, copyrights, publicity rights, names, images, likenesses, voices, signatures, biographical information, broadcasts, footage, photographs, and other intellectual-property or personality rights remain the property of their respective owners. G32 does not grant you any right to use them.

G32 franchise names, logos, visual identities, artwork, collectibles, and competition branding are original to the G32 universe unless expressly identified otherwise.

03Entertainment-only experience

The Services are offered for entertainment and collectible purposes. G32 is not a sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, investment adviser, broker, financial institution, or securities marketplace. G32 does not accept wagers, pool participant funds, sell betting odds, or award a cash jackpot based on a sporting event. You may not use the Services to conduct, advertise, facilitate, or settle any wager or gambling transaction.

No statement by G32 is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. A G32 token is not marketed as an investment, and G32 makes no promise that any token will retain or increase in value, have liquidity, produce income, or be resalable. Never mint, acquire, hold, or transfer a token with funds you cannot afford to lose.

04Free mint; no purchase necessary

G32 does not charge a purchase price for the initial Season NFT mint, and no purchase or payment to G32 is necessary to enter or win the G32 championship program. A purchase will not improve the chance of receiving an eligible token or winning a prize. Availability may be limited, including to the stated seasonal supply.

A blockchain, wallet provider, marketplace, payment processor, internet provider, or other third party may impose network, transaction, data, or service fees that G32 does not receive or control. If an on-chain entry method requires a third-party fee, G32 will identify a fee-free alternative method of entry in the applicable Official Rules before entries open. Eligibility obtained through an alternative method will receive equal treatment, subject to those Official Rules.

05Season NFTs and ownership

A Season NFT is a blockchain token associated with G32 artwork, metadata, and limited seasonal functionality. Subject to these Terms, the lawful token holder owns the token recorded on the applicable blockchain. Token ownership does not transfer copyright, trademark, publicity, commercial-use, or other intellectual-property rights in G32 content or third-party content.

While you lawfully hold a Season NFT, G32 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable except with the token, revocable license to display the associated G32 artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use it to imply official status, create competing products, register marks, commercialize merchandise, or infringe any person’s rights without written permission.

The collectible may remain in your wallet after a season, but championship eligibility, live status, access, and other competitive rights are limited to the designated season and expire at season close. Holding a prior-season NFT does not guarantee a future competitive position.

06Championship program and Official Rules

G32 may award one non-cash physical championship ring and related digital recognition for a season. The result may be determined by publicly reported real-world football results associated with the fictional G32 franchise assigned to an eligible Season NFT. The ring is promotional merchandise issued by G32; it is not an official league, team, or player product.

Before entries open, G32 will publish season-specific Official Rules stating the entry window, available entry methods, eligibility territory, supply and allocation process, franchise mapping and reveal method, real-world results used, scoring or advancement method, tiebreakers, transfer and ownership cutoff, verification procedure, prize description and approximate retail value, delivery requirements, tax responsibility, and treatment of postponed, cancelled, corrected, or disputed games. The Official Rules are incorporated into these Terms. If they conflict with these general Terms on administration of a season, the Official Rules control.

A potential winner must satisfy the Official Rules, verify identity, age, location, wallet control, and eligibility, and complete any lawful tax or prize documentation. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate under the Official Rules. The prize is non-transferable and has no guaranteed cash alternative, except where G32 elects otherwise or applicable law requires. The verified winner is responsible for taxes and costs not expressly included.

The championship is void where prohibited or restricted. G32 may exclude jurisdictions, suspend entries, modify administration, or cancel a season when required by law, a regulator, platform restrictions, security concerns, or events that materially impair integrity. G32 will not make a material post-entry change that unfairly alters participants’ rights except when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect fair administration.

07Real-world data and event changes

Scores, standings, schedules, statistics, injuries, postponements, cancellations, rulings, and other sports information may come from public or third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or disputed. Displayed information is unofficial unless the Official Rules identify the controlling source. G32 may correct clerical, technical, mapping, scoring, or data errors consistently with the Official Rules.

Real-world leagues, teams, broadcasters, and data providers do not administer G32 and are not responsible for G32 tokens, season outcomes, prizes, content, errors, or disputes. Questions and claims must be directed to G32.

08Transfers and secondary markets

Third-party marketplaces may permit token transfers. G32 does not operate or control those marketplaces, set resale prices, guarantee buyers or sellers, or promise liquidity. Secondary transactions may be irreversible, fraudulent, taxed, technically unsuccessful, or subject to third-party terms and fees. You assume those risks.

Championship eligibility follows the ownership and transfer-cutoff rules published for the applicable season—not necessarily possession at every moment. G32 may require wallet-control verification and may reject transfers intended to evade eligibility, sanctions, geographic restrictions, these Terms, or the Official Rules.

09Wallets, blockchains, and security

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, credentials, compatible devices, and transactions. G32 will never ask for your seed phrase. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. G32 is not responsible for lost keys, compromised wallets, mistaken transfers, network congestion, forks, protocol changes, smart-contract exploits, wallet failures, marketplace conduct, or other third-party systems beyond G32’s reasonable control.

10Acceptable use

You may not violate law or another person’s rights; manipulate a mint, reveal, mapping, score, or championship result; use bots or multiple identities to evade limits; impersonate another person; interfere with security; introduce malicious code; scrape the Services for commercial use; use G32 for wagering; launder funds; evade sanctions; harass others; make false affiliation claims; or use G32 or third-party intellectual property without authorization. We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access and disqualify entries for violations, subject to applicable law and the Official Rules.

11G32 intellectual property

Except for rights expressly granted with a Season NFT, G32 and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, G32 name and marks, original franchises, artwork, designs, text, software, interfaces, compilation, and other content. No implied license is granted. If you submit feedback, you grant G32 a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation.

12Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or interact with wallets, blockchains, marketplaces, scoreboards, social platforms, email processors, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not mean that G32 or the third party endorses the other. G32 is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security, content, charges, or conduct.

13Privacy

G32 may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as an email address submitted for the G32 fantasy newsletter, and technical information necessary to operate and secure the Services. Public wallet addresses and transactions are visible on public blockchains. G32 may use service providers to process newsletter subscriptions, host the Services, deliver communications, verify eligibility, and administer prizes. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless G32 specifically requests it for lawful winner verification. Details and privacy rights are stated in the G32 Privacy Policy.

14Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, TOKENS, CONTENT, DATA, SMART CONTRACTS, AND PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” G32 DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. G32 DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE DATA, CONTINUED BLOCKCHAIN OR MARKETPLACE SUPPORT, TOKEN VALUE, OR ANY PARTICULAR SEASON RESULT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

15Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, G32 AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, TOKEN VALUE, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR LOSSES ARISING FROM DIGITAL-ASSET VOLATILITY, WALLET COMPROMISE, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, SPORTS-DATA ERRORS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, G32’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO G32 FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS OR US $100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

16Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless G32 and its operators, contributors, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms or Official Rules, infringement of another person’s rights, misuse of a wallet or token, or fraud or willful misconduct.

17Changes and termination

G32 may update the Services or these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when reasonably practicable, additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Changes to an active championship remain subject to its Official Rules and applicable law. G32 may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, security threats, or discontinuation of the Services.

18Texas law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies. Before filing a claim, you and G32 agree to attempt in good faith to resolve it by written notice and 30 days of informal discussion. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for a dispute will lie in the state or federal courts serving Dallas County, Texas. You and G32 waive objections to those courts based on venue or inconvenient forum.

19General terms

These Terms, together with applicable Official Rules and expressly incorporated policies, are the entire agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. G32’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; G32 may assign them in connection with a reorganization, transfer, or sale of the project. Headings are for convenience only.
